OUTER FRAME FIXATION DEVICE FOR INSPECTION PORT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer frame fixation device for an inspection port that can accurately fit an outer frame without any looseness by a simple operation of only rotating a rotary place outward, eliminates the need to construct a substrate material, and enables the outer frame to be fixed speedily and tightly through a simple and easy fitting operation without requiring skilled technique.SOLUTION: An outer frame fixation device for an inspection port comprises: an outer frame 4; a bearing 3 arranged on a back face 44 of an inner frame support part 43 of the outer frame 4, an inward curved plate 2 arranged opposite the bearing 3; a rotary plate 1 including a rotary shaft part 11 borne by the bearing at a base end, provided with a window hole 12 in which the curved plate 2 is fitted in a plane, and has a front end part 15 abutting on a surface material 72 of a wall surface by outward rotation; and lock means 5 which is arranged in the fitting between a curved surface of the inward curved plate 2 and the window hole 12 of the rotary plate 1, and prevents the rotary plate 1 from rotating inward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 回動板を外方向へ回動させるだけの簡単な操作で、外枠を正確且つ緩みなく取り付けでき、下地材の施工が不要で、且つ熟練技術を必要としない許かりでなく、取り付け作業が簡単容易で迅速強固に外枠を固定し得る点検口の外枠固定装置を提供する。【解決手段】 外枠4と、外枠4の内枠支承部43の裏面44に配備される軸受け3と、この軸受け3と対向状に配備される内向き湾曲板2と、基端に軸受けに軸承される回動軸部11を備え、面内に湾曲板2が嵌挿する窓孔12を設けると共に、外方向への回動で先端部15が壁面の面材72に衝き当たる回動板1と、内向き湾曲板2の湾曲面と回動板1の窓孔12との嵌挿間に配備され、回動板1の内向き回動を阻止するロック手段5とからなることを特徴とする点検口の外枠固定装置。【選択図】 図1
