SLUDGE DRYING INSTALLATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge drying installation which reduces the temperature variation of dried exhaust gas and allows stabilization of the treatment capacity of the whole system.SOLUTION: A sludge drying installation 1 includes a disintegrator 31 which dries sludge with circulated air and disintegrates the sludge and sludge circulation paths 82 to 85 for connecting the upstream and downstream of the disintegrator together and also is provided with a heat exchange line 88A which supplies circulated air before temperature raising to the heat exchanger 50 and returns the circulated air after temperature raising to the sludge circulation path and a bypass line 88B which returns the circulated air to the sludge circulation path without passing through the heat exchanger 50. The sludge drying installation 1 is provided with control means of controlling the supply amount of the circulated air supplied to the heat exchange line 88A, and the control means controls the supply amount of the circulated air supplied to the heat exchange line 88A on the basis of the temperature of the inlet of the disintegrator.
【課題】乾燥排ガスの温度変動を低減し、系全体の処理能力の安定化を図ることができる汚泥乾燥設備を提供する。【解決手段】この汚泥乾燥設備1は、循環空気により汚泥を乾燥させるとともにこの汚泥を解砕する解砕機31と、前記解砕機の上流と下流とを接続する汚泥循環路82〜85等を備え、また、昇温前の循環空気を熱交換器50に供給するとともに、昇温後の循環空気を汚泥循環路に戻す熱交換ライン88Aと、熱交換器50を介さずに循環空気を前記汚泥循環路に戻すバイパスライン88Bとを備える。そして、熱交換ライン88Aに供給される循環空気の供給量を制御する制御手段を備え、該制御手段は、解砕機入口温度に基づき熱交換ライン88Aに供給される循環空気の供給量を制御することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
