SLUDGE DRYING INSTALLATION AND COOLING INSTALLATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge drying installation which prevents occurrence of spontaneous ignition of sludge waste in it after shutdown of the sludge drying installation.SOLUTION: A sludge drying installation 1 includes a disintegrator 31 which dries sludge with circulated air and disintegrates the sludge, sludge circulation paths 82 to 85 which connect the upstream and downstream of the disintegrator together and a piping connection part P1 which is arranged in the sludge circulation path and connected to a heat exchanger 50 and supply the circulated air to the downstream side of a mixer 15. Cooling means 71 of cooling sludge is provided between the piping connection part P1 and the disintegrator 31, and the cooling means conducts cooling by sprinkling or spraying of an inert gas.
【課題】汚泥乾燥設備の運転停止後の、内部の汚泥廃棄物の自然発火の発生を防止する汚泥乾燥設備を提供する。【解決手段】この汚泥乾燥設備1は、循環空気により汚泥を乾燥させるとともにこの汚泥を解砕する解砕機31と、前記解砕機の上流と下流とを接続する汚泥循環路82〜85と、その汚泥循環路内であって熱交換器50と接続し、混合機15の下流側に循環空気を供給する配管接続部P1を備え、さらに、前記配管接続部P1と解砕機31との間に、前記汚泥を冷却する冷却手段71を設け、前記冷却手段は、散水または不活性ガス散布により冷却を行うことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
