PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material for impact absorption, which has moisture hardly retained between a surface material and an impact absorbing material.SOLUTION: A floor material 10 for impact absorption includes at least a surface material 3, and an impact absorbing material 4 that is superposed on the backside of the surface material 3. A first moisture-proof layer 21 for preventing moisture from a front side of the impact absorbing material 4 is formed between the surface material 3 and the impact absorbing material 4 in such a manner as to cover the front side 41 of the impact absorbing material 4. A second moisture-proof layer 22 for preventing moisture from the backside of the impact absorbing material 4 is formed on the backside 42 of the impact absorbing material 4 in such a manner as to cover the backside 42 of the impact absorbing material 4.
