To provide an impact absorption floor material which can be easily installed, can be laid quickly, has high shock absorbing properties, and is soft per foot.SOLUTION: An impact absorption floor material is formed by laminating a substrate made of a hard foam body, a mesh sheet made of a soft foam body, and a surface decorative sheet in this order; a recessed groove capable of being detachably fitted to a mesh frame of the mesh sheet is formed in a mesh shape on the surface of the substrate; an air gap is formed between the substrate and the surface decorative sheet in an area of the mesh hole of the mesh sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
