PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation type soundproof panel capable of coping in response to uses with a simple structure, in the soundproof panel having air permeability, installed for reducing noise generated from a railroad and a road or a machine of a factory or the inside of a business office, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A ventilation type soundproof panel comprise a silencer in a plurality of vent holes provided in each of a surface side panel and a reverse side panel of a panel body formed in a box shape, and the vent hole of the surface side panel and the vent hole of the reverse side panel can select a state of seeing-through the other side vent hole in a straight line from one side vent hole and a displaced state of being unable to see-through the other side vent hole in a straight line from one side vent hole.
【課題】 本発明は、本発明は、鉄道や道路、あるいは、工場の機械、又は事務所内などから発生する騒音を低下させるために設置する通気性を有する防音パネルに関し、簡単な構造で、用途に応じて対応が可能な通気型の防音パネルを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 箱状とされたパネル体の表側パネルと裏側パネルのそれぞれに設けられた複数個の通気孔に消音部を備えた通気型防音パネルにおいて、表側パネルの通気孔と裏側パネルの通気孔は、一方側の通気孔から他方側の通気孔が一直線に見通せる状態と、一方側の通気孔から他方側の通気孔が一直線に見通せない変位した状態が選択可能とされているものである。【選択図】 図６
