To provide a soundproof panel with excellent soundproofing effect, and good productivity, cost, and convenience of installation, and a soundproof panel system using this.SOLUTION: In a soundproof panel, from the inside (B) to the outside (C) toward the sound source (A), a flameproof tarpaulin sheet (1), a plate-shaped sound absorbing material (2) as a glass wool molded body, and a sound insulation sheet (3) are sequentially arranged. The flameproof tarpaulin sheet (1) and the sound insulation sheet (3) are formed into a bag-shaped case body (4), and the plate-shaped sound absorbing material (2) is sealed inside the bag-shaped case body (4) to form a panel body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防音効果に優れ、生産、コスト、敷設利便性も良好な防音パネルとこれを用いた防音パネルシステムを提供する。【解決手段】発音源（Ａ）に向かって、内側（Ｂ）から外側（Ｃ）へと、防炎ターポリンシート（１）、グラスウール成形体としての板状の吸音材（２）および遮音シート（３）が順次に配設され、前記の防炎ターポリンシート（１）と遮音シート（３）とが袋状のケース体（４）とされてこの袋状のケース体（４）の内部に前記板状の吸音材（２）が封入されてパネル体が構成されている防音パネルとする。【選択図】 図１
