METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a steel pipe sheet pile, which enables deformation of a spiral steel pipe to be suppressed when the steel pipe sheet pile is manufactured from the spiral steel pipe.SOLUTION: In a steel pipe sheet pile, a joint is attached to a spiral steel pipe in which a belt-like steel plate is spirally bent and in which width-direction edges of the adjacent steel plates are welded together. A method of manufacturing the steel pipe sheet pile includes a shot peening step of applying shot peening to the spiral steel pipe, and a joint attachment step of attaching the joint to the spiral steel pipe by welding after the shot peening step.
