DECONTAMINATION METHOD FOR WATER AND BOTTOM SEDIMENT IN CLOSED SEA AREA USING OCEAN CURRENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decontaminating water in a closed sea area with aggravated water quality, by promoting sea water exchange in the closed sea area through artificial infusion of ocean current water into the closed sea area, where ocean current water is not believed to flow in unless several conditions are met.SOLUTION: A method to make an ocan current artificially flow into a closed sea area is intended to change the direction of flow of a part of an ocean current by identifying the location and time when the ocean current comes closest to Japanese Islands on the basis of Quick Bulletin of Ocean Conditions and other information disclosed by Japan Coast Guard, and making large vessels and several barge-type platforms line up on the ocean current. The vessels and platforms are kept at the prescribed position using sturdy anchors, long mooring ropes and other means, so as to prevent the vessels and platforms from being washed away when exposed to the ocean current energy.
【課題】ある条件が重ならないと起こらないといわれている海流の閉鎖性海域への流入を人工的な方法で積極的に行い、水質環境が悪化した閉鎖性海域の海水交換を促進させることで、閉鎖性海域内の水質浄化を図る方法を提供する。【解決手段】海流を閉鎖性海域へ人工的に流入させる方法は、水産庁が公開している「海洋速報・推測図」等を利用し、海流が閉鎖性海域に流れ込むために最も日本列島に接近する地点および時期を特定し、大型船舶または複数の台船などを海流上に並べることで、一部の海流の流向を人工的に変えようとするものである。海流のエネルギーを受ける船舶や台船等の列が海流に流されないように定置させておくために、強力な錨の設置や延長の長い渓流ロープ等による引き留めなどの対応を行うことでその実現を図るものである。【選択図】図1
