To provide a recovery facility for sediment at a bottom of water and a recovery method for the sediment at the bottom of the water allowing the facility to suppress the amount of dissolved metals from the sediment at the bottom of the water and to be downsized.SOLUTION: Provided are: a recovery facility for sediment at a bottom of water comprising a suction pipe (21), a sediment separation tank (11), a solid-liquid separation tank (44), a first connection pipe (23A), a second connection pipe (23B), a third connection pipe (23C), a fourth connection pipe (23D), a fifth connection pipe (23E), a first three-way valve (50), a second three-way valve (51), and an open/closable valve (52); and a recovery method for the sediment at the bottom of the water using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
