PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flexural torsional deformation of a divided column, in a fence or a handrail structure in which a column is constituted by combining left-right divided column members.SOLUTION: Respective divided column members 4 and 5 constituting a column 9 comprise half-frame parts 4A and 5A of a groove-shaped cross section, and comprise projection piece parts 4a, 5a (4b, 5b) respectively projecting to the inner side in both end parts of the half-frame parts 4A and 5A, a rectangular hollow part M is formed of the mutual half-frame parts by combining the divided column members 4 and 5, and a flexural torsion prevention member 10 is provided inside the rectangular hollow part M in the middle in the height direction of the column 9 that forms a cross-sectional rectangular shape by combining a pair of members 10A and 10B in a cross-sectional L shape with joint engaging parts at both end parts, and has locking members 10a and 10g for pressing a pair of projection piece parts 4a, 5a (4b, 5b) existing in a joint position of the half-frame parts 4A and 5A from both sides.
【課題】支柱が左右の分割支柱材を組み合わせることによって構成されたフェンス又は手摺り構造において、前記分割支柱の曲げ捻れ変形を防止する。【解決手段】前記支柱9を構成するそれぞれの分割支柱材4,5は溝型断面の半枠部4A、5Aを有するとともに、半枠部4A、5Aの両端部にそれぞれ内部側に突出する突片部分4a、5a(4b、5b)を有し、前記分割支柱材4,5を組み合わせることによって前記半枠部同士によって矩形状の中空部Mが形成されており、前記支柱9高さ方向中間であって前記矩形状の中空部Mの内部に、断面L字状とされ、両端部に夫々継手係合部を備えた部材10A、10Bを一対で組み合わせることによって断面矩形状を成すとともに、前記半枠部4A、5Aの継ぎ目位置に存在している一対の突片部分4a、5a(4b、5b)を両側から押さえる係止部10a、10gを有する曲げ捻れ防止部材10を配設する。【選択図】図13
