PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement member capable of being detachable, and engaging with excellent engagement force, a hook-and-loop fastener, and a rigidity member for construction.SOLUTION: An engagement member includes columnar engagement means 20 extending in a height direction H with respect to a base material 40, and the engagement means 20 comprises a plate capable of flexibly deforming. In the height direction H of the engagement 20, at a place separate from the base material 40, an enlarged part 51 expanding in a width direction orthogonal direction to the height direction H is provided, and at least in the enlarged part 51, a slit 53 capable of deforming inwardly in the width direction is provide.
【課題】着脱可能であるとともに、優れた係合力で係合することができる係合部材、面ファスナ、及び建設用剛性部材の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】基材４０に対して、高さ方向Ｈに延びる柱状の係合手段２０を備え、該係合手段２０を、撓み変形可能な板材で構成し、係合手段２０の高さ方向Ｈにおいて、基材４０から間隔を隔てた箇所に、高さ方向Ｈに直交する幅方向に広がる拡大部５１を備え、少なくとも拡大部５１に、幅方向内向きの変形を許容するスリット５３を設けた。【選択図】図１
