CHECK VALVE FOR SECONDARY RETURN WATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable water left at a secondary side water supply pipe of a check valve to be easily shut off and eliminate return water when a component of a tap water meter or the check valve is replaced.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a main body barrel 1 including an inlet port 1a positioned at an upstream side, an outlet port 1b positioned at a downstream side and communicated with the inlet port 1b, a valve chamber 1c formed between the inlet port 1a and the outlet port 1b and having its upper part released, a horizontal partition wall 1d parting the inlet port 1a and the valve chamber 1c and a water conduction port 1e formed at the partition wall 1d, respectively; a check valve body 2 arranged to be ascended or descended in the valve chamber 1c, abutted against or moved away from a valve seat 1f formed at the upper surface of the partition wall 1d to open or close the water conduction port 1e; the second cylindrical valve body 3 arranged around the check valve body 2, threadably engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the valve chamber 1c of the main body barrel 1 to be ascended or descended and with its lower end part being on the upper surface of the partition wall 1d and formed around the valve seat 1f so as to cause the inlet port 1b and the water conduction port 1e to be communicated to each other or not to be communicated; and a cap 4 removably and threadably arranged at the second valve body 3 so as to close the valve chamber 1c of the main body barrel 1 together with the second valve body 3.
【課題】 水道メータや逆止弁の部品の交換時に、逆止弁の2次側の給水管に残っている水を簡単に遮断できて戻り水を無くすようにする。【解決手段】 上流側に位置する流入口1a、下流側に位置して流入口1aに連通する流出口1b、流入口1aと流出口1bとの間に形成した上方が開放された弁室1c、流入口1aと弁室1cとを仕切る水平な隔壁1d、隔壁1dに形成した通水口1eをそれぞれ有する本体胴1と、弁室1c内に昇降自在に配設され、隔壁1dの上面に形成した弁座1fに当離座して通水口1eを開閉する逆止弁体2と、逆止弁体2の周囲に配置されて本体胴1の弁室1c内周面に昇降自在に螺着され、下端部が隔壁1dの上面で且つ弁座1fの周囲に形成した第2弁座1gに当離座して流出口1bと通水口1eとを連通状態又は非連通状態にする筒状の第2弁体3と、第2弁体3に着脱自在に螺着され、第2弁体3と共に本体胴1の弁室1cを閉塞するキャップ4とを備えている。【選択図】 図1
