METAL FIXTURE FOR PREVENTING OSCILLATION OF HANGING BOLTS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fixture for preventing oscillation of hanging bolts, capable of rationally and safely preventing oscillation of the hanging bolts.SOLUTION: There is provided a holder 1 comprising an outer holding body 1A and an inner holding body 1B bent at a right angle as seen from their top plan views. A slant supporting body 3 is formed in which a fixing piece 3B is bent and formed from an oscillation piece 3A. A long bolt Q is connected to the fixing piece 3B of the slant supporting body 3. A blind nut 4 is installed at an overlapped portion between the inner holding body 1B and the oscillation piece 3A. The slant supporting body 3 is connected to both ends of the inner holding body 1B in such a way that it can be oscillated in upward or downward direction. A connecting bolt 2 is inserted into an open hole 1Aa of the outer holding body 1A. The connecting bolt 2 is fixed to the blind nut 4 with a screw to cause the holder 1 to be fixed to the side surface of the hanging bolt P.
【課題】吊りボルトを合理的且つ安全に振れ止めすることができる吊りボルト用振れ止め金具を提供する。【解決手段】平面直角に屈曲された外側挟着体1Aと内側挟着体1Bとで挟着体1を設ける。揺動片3Aから固定片3Bが屈曲形成された斜め支持体3を形成する。斜め支持体3の固定片3Bに長ボルトQを連結する。内側挟着体1Bと揺動片3Aとの重合部分にブラインドナット4を装着する。内側挟着体1Bの両端部に斜め支持体3を上下揺動自在に連結する。外側挟着体1Aの貫通孔1Aaに連結ボルト2を挿通する。該連結ボルト2をブラインドナット4にネジ止めすることで吊りボルトPの側面に挟着体1を固定する。【選択図】 図1
