PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE AND WORKING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve capable of performing more proper make-up control while realizing miniaturization, and a working machine with the same.SOLUTION: The pressure control valve comprises: a main poppet 51 for communicating an actuator port 48 with a tank port 49 when working oil pressure of the actuator port 48 is higher than that of a back pressure chamber 60; a pilot poppet 55 for communicating the back pressure chamber 60 with the tank port 49 when woking oil pressure of the back pressure chamber 60 is higher than that of the tank port 49; and a check valve 59 for communicating a make-up port 50 with the back pressure chamber 60 when working oil pressure Pm of the make-up port 50 is higher than working oil pressure P1 of the back pressure chamber 60. The main poppet 51 has a throttle flow passage 64 for communicating the back pressure chamber 60 with the actuator port 48.
