To provide a working machine which can reduce a size of a control valve device, a control method of the working machine, and the control valve device.SOLUTION: A control valve device 40 has a first body 41 and a second body 42. The first body 41 includes a first control valve V1. During a descending operation of a boom 14, the first control valve V1 can discharge a working fluid which flows out of a bottom chamber 16a of a boom cylinder 16. The second body 42 includes a second control valve V2. During the descending operation of the boom 14, the second control valve V2 can discharge the working fluid which flows out of the bottom chamber 16a of the boom cylinder 16, and during a prescribed operation other than the descending operation and an ascending operation of the boom 14, the second control valve can make the bottom chamber 16a of the boom cylinder 16 communicate with an accumulator 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
