EXCAVATING AGITATION DEVICE WITH COROTATION PREVENTION BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating agitation device with a corotation prevention blade, which can reliably suppress adhesion of a clod readily appearing near the corotation prevention blade, by a simple structure.SOLUTION: An excavating agitation device includes: a rotary shaft 2 that is rotated in ground; an excavation blade 3 that is protrusively provided at a lower end of the rotary shaft 2 and that excavates sediment; and a corotation prevention blade 7 that is provided in a position higher by a predetermined distance than the excavation blade 3 in the rotary shaft 2 and that has a boss part 7a loosely fitted to the rotary shaft 2 by going around the rotary shaft 2. The excavating agitation device has a blade 10 that is integrally provided on the base end side of the corotation prevention blade 7 and that is extended toward the excavation blade 3 from the corotation prevention blade 7.
【課題】 シンプルな構造により、共回り防止翼付近に生じやすい土塊の付着を確実に抑制できる共回り防止翼付き掘削撹拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本装置は、地中で回転する回転軸２と、回転軸２の下端部に突設され土砂を掘削する掘削翼３と、回転軸２において掘削翼３よりも所定距離だけ上方に設けられ、回転軸２を周回し回転軸２に対して遊嵌されるボス部７ａを有する共回り防止翼７とを備える。共回り防止翼７の基端部側に一体的に設けられると共に、共回り防止翼７から掘削翼３に向けて延設される排土板１０を有する。【選択図】 図１
