DRILLING AND AGITATION DEVICE WITH COROTATION PREVENTION BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling and agitation device with a corotation prevention blade, capable of preventing an adverse effect caused by a foreign material if any.SOLUTION: This device comprises: a revolving shaft 2 which rotates underground; drilling blades 3 which protrude from a lower end of the revolving shaft 2 and drill sediment; a boss part 10a which revolves around the revolving shaft 2 and is loosely fit to the revolving shaft 2 above the drilling blades 3; a corotation prevention blade 10 whose base end part is fixed to the boss part 10a and whose tip is positioned outside of the drilling blades 3 and contacts natural ground; and a discharge guide blade 11 which is integrated with the corotation prevention blade 10, is disposed between the corotation prevention blade 10 and the drilling blade 3, and has a guide lateral surface 11a which intersects with the corotation prevention blade 10 in plan view and guides a foreign material from the revolving shaft 2 side to the natural ground side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 異物が存在してもその悪影響を抑制できる共回り防止翼付き掘削撹拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本装置は、地中で回転する回転軸２と、回転軸２の下端部に突設され土砂を掘削する掘削翼３と、掘削翼３よりも上方において、回転軸２を周回し回転軸２に対して遊嵌されるボス部１０ａと、ボス部１０ａに基端部が固着され先端部が掘削翼３よりも外側に位置し地山に接触する共回り防止翼１０と、共回り防止翼１０と一体化され、共回り防止翼１０と掘削翼３の間に介装され、かつ共回り防止翼１０に対し平面視で交差し、異物を回転軸２側から地山側へ案内する案内側面１１ａを有する排出案内翼１１とを備える。【選択図】 図２
