REARRANGEMENT METHOD OF OUTSIDE CORRIDOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rearrangement method of an outside corridor capable of reducing the house number of temporary residences required at once, and capable of also shortening a rental period of the temporary residence.SOLUTION: A disassembling process of removing a bracket by disassembling an outside corridor, a skeleton process of providing a support tool 36 in a fitting part to a floor beam 11 of the bracket and providing a new bracket 35 in the support tool 36, a column temporary fixation process of temporarily fixing a lower end part of a column 67 to the ground surface while holding a midway part of the column 67 by a newly provided bracket 35 and a floor material installation process of providing a plate material 82 so as to extend between the newly provided brackets 6 and 6, are successively executed with every set section. After finishing the floor material installation process of the final set section, the temporarily fixed column 67 is regularly fixed to the ground surface over the whole set section, and a handrail 85 is provided on the regularly fixed column 67, and a decorative member 86 is also provided.
【課題】一度に必要な仮住まいの軒数を少なくすることができ、かつ、仮住まいの賃貸期間を短縮することができる外廊下のやり替え方法の提供。【解決手段】設定区間ごとに、外廊下を解体して腕木を撤去する解体工程と、腕木の床梁11への取付部に支持具36を設け、支持具36に新しい腕木35を設ける躯体工程と、新たに設けた腕木35に柱67の中途部を保持しつつ、柱67の下端部を地面に仮固定する柱仮固定工程と、新たに設けた腕木6,6間を架け渡すよう板材82を設ける床材設置工程を順次行う。最後の設定区間の床材設置工程終了後、全ての設定区間にわたって、仮固定した柱67を地面に本固定し、本固定した柱67に、手摺85を設けると共に化粧部材86を設ける。【選択図】図7
