OUTSIDE CORRIDOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR UNIT-TYPE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for readily and accurately fitting an outside corridor panel for a unit-type building having a plurality of lower floor building units and upper floor building units combined to form a U-shaped building plan, along an open space surrounded by the U-shaped building plan.SOLUTION: Lower floor building units 11 are combined and erected to form a U-shaped building plan, and then an upper floor building unit 21 is installed above the lower floor building unit 11 at a center of the U-shaped building plan. Then, a lower outside corridor panel 4 is installed with its first side placed along the upper floor building unit 21, and a guide pin 22 disposed on the lower floor building unit 11 is inserted into a guide hole disposed on the first side of the lower outside corridor panel 4. A second side of the lower outside corridor panel 4 at an almost orthogonal direction of the first side is connected to the upper floor building unit 21 installed afterward, in a fitting work space formed between the lower floor building units 11 on both sides of the U-shaped building plan and the upper floor building units 21 installed above the lower floor building units 11 afterward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】複数の下階建物ユニット及び上階建物ユニットを平面コ字形となるように組み合わせて建てられるユニット式建物において、その平面コ字形に囲まれたオープンスペース内部に外廊下パネルを容易かつ正確に取り付けられる施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】下階建物ユニット１１を平面コ字形に組み合わせて建ててから、平面コ字形に沿った中央の下階建物ユニット１１の上に上階建物ユニット２１を設置した後、その上階建物ユニット２１に一側を沿わせて外廊下パネル４を設置し、、下階建物ユニット１１に設けたガイドピン２２を、外廊下パネル４の一側に設けたガイド孔に挿入し、また、外廊下パネル４の略直交方向の他側は、平面コ字形に沿った両側の下階建物ユニット１１の上に後から設置される上階建物ユニット２１との間に形成される取付作業用空間において、外廊下パネル４の他側を後から設置される上階建物ユニット２１に接合する。【選択図】図３
