GRATING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating and a manufacturing method thereof, for largely reducing a labor burden and work cost, and without imposing a stock space, inventory storage and management burden, by simply manufacturing a main member of a flat upper surface and a main member with slip resistance.SOLUTION: A plan view rectangular grating is formed by fixing an end plate 3 to respective side end surfaces 22 projecting in both-side lateral direction of a connection material 2, by fixing a side plate 4 to respective side end surfaces 12 projecting in both-side lateral direction of a main member 1, by crossing a band plate-like metallic main member 1 having an engaging object part 13 and mutually arranged in parallel at a constant pitch by vertically setting the band width direction and a slender band plate-like metallic connection material 2 having an engaging part 25 fitted to the engaging object part 13 in response to a pitch of the main member, at a right angle in a grating shape, and the main member 1 is formed by cutting out of a metallic plate material 5 by any one cutting processing among laser processing, plasma processing and water jet processing.
【課題】上面が平坦な主部材や滑り止め付き主部材を簡便作製して、労力負担,作業コストを大幅軽減し、さらに在庫スペースや在庫保管,管理負担をかけずに済むグレーチング及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】被係合部13を有して、帯幅方向を上下にして一定ピッチで互いに平行に配設される帯板状の金属製主部材1と、該主部材のピッチに合わせて、被係合部13に嵌める係合部25を備えた細長帯板状の金属製連結材2と、を格子状に直交させ、且つ主部材1の両側横方向に突出する各側端面12に側板4を固着すると共に、連結材2の両側横方向に突出する各側端面22に端板3を固着して形成される平面視矩形のグレーチングにおいて、レーザ加工とプラズマ加工とウォータジェット加工とのうち、いずれか一の切断加工により、金属製の平板材5から記主部材1が切り抜き形成されてなる。【選択図】図2
