HYDRAULIC DAMPER FOR STUD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic damper for absorbing construction error generated at a stud and the like and preventing a piston from being installed between studs under a state in which the piston is displaced from a neutral position of its stroke.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted in such a way that there are provided ball joints 42 arranged at both ends of a hydraulic damper 40, and a bracket 44 connected to each of a pair of upper and lower studs to support the ball joints 42, a ball holding part 52 in at least one end of the hydraulic damper 40 is formed with a male thread part 62a at its outer circumferential part, its outer diameter is formed substantially constant over an entire longitudinal direction, the bracket 44 passes through an extending or retracting direction of the hydraulic damper 40 and has a plate-like part 44a formed with a fitting hole 44d to which the outer circumferential part of the ball holding part 52 is fitted, and two nut members 43, 45 are connected in thread with a male thread 62a of the ball holding part 52 protruded from the fitting hole 44d to hold the plate-like part 44a with the two nuts 43, 45 from both sides in its thickness direction.
【課題】間柱等に生じた施工誤差を吸収して、ピストンがそのストロークの中立位置からずれた状態で間柱間に設置されるのを防止する油圧ダンパを提供する。【解決手段】油圧ダンパ40の両端部に配置されるボールジョイント42と、上下一対の間柱のそれぞれに接合され、ボールジョイント42を支持するブラケット44とを備え、油圧ダンパ40における少なくとも一方の端部において、ボール保持部52は、その外周部にオネジ部62aが形成されると共に、その外径が長さ方向全体に渡って略一定に形成され、ブラケット44は、油圧ダンパ40の伸縮方向に貫通し、ボール保持部52の外周部が嵌合する嵌合孔44dが形成された板状部44aを有し、2つのナット部材43,45が、板状部44aをその板厚方向両側から挟みこむように、嵌合孔44dから突出したボール保持部52のオネジ部62aにネジ締結されている。【選択図】図4
