REFLECTION MIRROR FOR ROAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REFLECTION MIRROR FOR ROAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection mirror for a road and a manufacturing method thereof, for forming a synthetic resin base material surface in an excellent state.SOLUTION: A reflection mirror comprises a reverse surface reflection type mirror body having a transparent base material, a reflection layer formed on a reverse surface of this base material and a hydrophilic antifouling layer formed on a surface of the base material, and the base material is molded in a state of heating and softening a plate material composed of a thermoplastic resin, and the antifouling layer is formed by imparting a hydrophilic material for constituting the antifouling layer in a state of swelling or partially melting a surface of the base material by a solvent. Since the hydrophilic material is imparted by swelling or partially melting the surface of the thermally molded base material by the solvent, a flaw and strain of the base material surface caused by thermal molding are reduced by being restored by swelling and partial melting of the base material, and a surface of the mirror body is formed in an excellent state.
【課題】合成樹脂製の基材表面が良好な状態となされた道路用反射鏡とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透明な基材と、この基材の裏面に形成した反射層と、前記基材の表面に形成した親水性の防汚層を備える裏面反射型の鏡体を有し、前記基材は、熱可塑性樹脂からなる板材を加熱し軟化させた状態で成型すると共に、基材の表面を溶剤により膨潤又は一部溶解させた状態で前記防汚層を構成する親水性材料を付与し防汚層を形成させる。熱成型させた基材の表面を溶剤によって膨潤又は一部溶解させて前記親水性材料を付与するので、熱成型によって生じる基材表面の傷や歪みなどが前記基材の膨潤や一部溶解によって修復されて軽減され、鏡体の表面が良好な状態となされる。【選択図】 図1
