PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roadway reflection mirror that is excellent in adaptability with respect to the problems in which upon using the roadway reflection mirror, a situation is not the situation that cannot be properly handled due to an installation position of the roadway reflection mirror or a roadway situation (such as a shape and the like), and the adaptability for widely using one embodiment in a versatile way becomes low.SOLUTION: A situation where a roadway reflection mirror is most frequently used is that confronting roads are almost horizontal, and have a shape in which even a crossing point goes across at a right angle. Even if the angle is different, vehicles almost linearly move to the roadway reflection mirror, that is why the roadway reflection mirror does not need to reflect a broad range. The present invention relates to a roadway reflection mirror 1 that specializes in this situation. The shape is an elliptical shape in a horizontal direction, and a curvature becomes gentle from a center part to an end part, and the curvature becomes almost zero in proximity to the end part. Thanks to this curvature, a far part is reflected largely in contrast to a conventional curvature, and thus, visibility is improved. Further, even a movement speed of the vehicle is made easy to be discriminated in contrast to a convention way.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路反射鏡を利用する際に、道路反射鏡の設置位置や道路の状況(形状など)により適切に対応できる状況とはなっていない。これは一つの形態を多様な状況に汎用するため適応性が低くなるためである。この課題に対し、適応性の高い道路反射鏡を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】道路反射鏡が最も多く利用される状況は、対面する道路が略水平であり、交差点も直角に交わる形状が殆どであり、角度が異なる場合であっても、車両は道路反射鏡に対し略直線的に移動するため道路反射鏡は広範囲を映し出す必要はない。本発明はこの状況に特化した道路反射鏡1である。形状は水平方向への楕円形であり、曲率は中心部から端部へと緩やかになり、端部直近では曲率は略ゼロとなる。この形状により遠方も従来より大きく映り込むことで視認性は高まり、また車両の移動速度も従来より判別しやすくなる。【選択図】図1
