PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail cutting device capable of surely and accurately making a notch position by gas cutting from three-way coincide, capable of easily, quickly and efficiently executing cutting work without requiring skill, and capable of dispensing with even grinding work for correction without causing a step difference and an angle difference on a cutting surface, as the cutting device of a rail.SOLUTION: A rail cutting device is constituted of a torch support frame body 1 straddlingly fitted to a rail R and a gas cutting torch 2. The torch support frame body 1 comprises a rail abutting frame part 4, a clamp arm 5 and an operation screw shaft 6 push-contacted with the rail R on the rear surface 10b side, by projecting torch installing parts 3A-3C on the upper side and both left-right sides of a front face 10a of a vertical plate part 10. A head part 21 of the gas cutting torch 2 comprises a pivotal shaft 7 rotatably inserted into/fitted to a torch holding hole 31 of the respective torch installing parts 3A-3C. The rail R is sandwiched by the rail abutting frame part 4 and the clamp arm 5 of the torch support frame body 1, and a head part 21 of the gas cutting torch 2 is successively installed and rotatably operated in the torch installing parts 3A-3C, and thereby, the rail R is cut by gas by cutting in from the three-way.
【課題】レールの切断装置として、三方向からのガス切断による切込み位置を確実に精度よく一致でき、熟練を要さずに容易に且つ迅速に能率よく切断作業でき、切断面に段差や角度差を生じず、修正のための研削加工も不要となるものを提供する。【解決手段】レールRに跨嵌させるトーチ支持枠体1と、ガス切断トーチ2とで構成される。トーチ支持枠体1は、縦板部10の前面10aの上側及び左右両側にトーチ取付部3A〜3Cが突設され、同後面10b側にレール当接枠部4とレールRに押接させるクランプアーム5及び操作ねじ軸6を備える。ガス切断トーチ2のヘッド部21は、各トーチ取付部3A〜3Cのトーチ保持孔31に回転自在に挿嵌する枢支軸7を備える。トーチ支持枠体1のレール当接枠部4とクランプアーム5とでレールRを挟着し、トーチ取付部3A〜3Cに順次、ガス切断トーチ2のヘッド部21を取り付けて回動操作することにより、該レールRを3方向から切り込んでガス切断する。【選択図】図1
