RAIL GROOVE CUTTING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail groove cutting machine capable of promptly cutting a groove on a rail top face at a high accuracy for welding a stainless steel member, to be used readily on a single rail.SOLUTION: On an undercarriage 12 installed on a rail, traveling wheels 13, 14 supported on a rail top surface, guide wheels 18, 21 engaged on right and left side surfaces of the rail, an electric groove cutting tool 23 for cutting a groove on the top surface, a holding mechanism 24 for holding the groove cutting tool 23 at a prescribed position in a rail width direction, and a cutting pressure adjustment mechanism 25 for adjusting cutting pressure of the groove cutting tool 23 are provided. The guide wheels 18, 21 may be relocated between an acting position where the rail is held from right and left, and a non-acting position separated upward from the top surface. The holding mechanism 24 includes a holder 29 that fixedly holds the groove cutting tool 23, an adjustment member 32 that adjusts a position of the holder 29 in the rail width direction, and a hinge member 30 that supports the holder tiltably in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】1本のレール上で簡便に使用でき、レール頭頂面にステンレス溶接用の溝を迅速かつ高精度に切削できるレール削溝機を提供する。【解決手段】レール上に設置される車台12に、レール頭頂面に支持される走行輪13,14と、レールの左右両側面に係合する案内輪18,21と、頭頂面に溝を切削する電動溝切り工具23と、溝切り工具23をレール幅方向の所定位置に保持する保持機構24と、溝切り工具23の切削圧を調節する切削圧調節機構25とを設ける。案内輪18,21は、レールを左右から挟む作用位置と、頭頂面よりも上方に離れた非作用位置とに配置転換可能である。保持機構24は、溝切り工具23を固定的に保持するホルダー29と、ホルダー29をレール幅方向へ位置調整する調整部材32と、ホルダーを上下方向へ傾動可能に支持するヒンジ部材30を含む。【選択図】図1
