STRUCTURE FOR JOINING PRECAST CONCRETE WALL AND BEAM TOGETHER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining a precast concrete wall and a beam together, which improves aseismic performance.SOLUTION: A building 10 includes: a beam 12 that has a first engagement hole 12B formed in a side surface 12A; a precast concrete wall 14 that is mounted on the side surface 12A and that has a second engagement hole 14C formed in a wall surface; a shear force transmission member 22 that is inserted into the first and second engagement holes 12B and 14C and that is higher in strength than the beam 12 and the precast concrete wall 14; and an anti-coming-off member 26 that prevents the shear force transmission member 22 from coming off the first and second engagement hole 12B and 14C.
【課題】耐震性能を向上させたプレキャストコンクリート壁と梁との接合構造を得る。【解決手段】建物10は、側面12Aに第1係合孔12Bが形成された梁12と、側面12Aに取り付けられ、壁面に第2係合孔14Cが形成されたプレキャストコンクリート壁14と、第1係合孔12B及び第2係合孔14Cへ挿入されると共に、梁12及びプレキャストコンクリート壁14よりも高強度のせん断力伝達部材22と、第1係合孔12B及び第2係合孔14Cからせん断力伝達部材22が抜出すのを防止する抜出防止部材26と、を有する。【選択図】図2
