JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING METHOD OF PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM MEMBERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit largely reinforcement work and formwork construction in the field work of precast beam members.SOLUTION: In the joining structure, when joining a beam member A and a beam member B made of precast concrete, there are provided: a beam end joint portion 10 which is surrounded by a side surface plate 12 extending from both side surfaces of a rectangular cross section portion 11 of the beam member A and the end surface of the rectangular cross section portion 11, and in which a beam reinforcement 13 is projected from the rectangular cross section portion 11 in the recess 14 whose upper and lower surfaces are open to the vicinity of the tip end of the side surface plate 12, and the beam reinforcement 13 is inserted through the entire length of a mechanical joint 5; and a beam end joining portion 20 which is surrounded by a side surface plate 22 extending from both side surfaces of a rectangular cross section portion 21 of the beam member B arranged and joined linearly to the beam end of the beam member A and the end surface of the rectangular cross section 21, and in which a beam reinforcement with half length of the entire length of the mechanical joint 5 is projected from the rectangular cross section portion 21 in the recess 24 whose upper and lower surfaces are open. And furthermore, the beam end joint portion 10 and the beam end joining portion 20 are faced each other, the beam reinforcement 13 and the beam reinforcement 23 are joined by the mechanical joint 5, and joining concrete is cast in the recesses 14, 24 (space 3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャスト梁部材の現場作業における鉄筋工事と型枠工事を大幅に省略する。【解決手段】 プレキャストコンクリート製の梁部材Aと梁部材Bとを接合する際、梁部材Aの矩形断面部11の両側面から延在された側面板12と矩形断面部11の端面とで囲まれた梁上下面が開放された凹所14内の矩形断面部11から側面板12の先端部近傍まで梁主筋13を突出させ、梁主筋13を機械式継手5の全長にわたり挿通させて梁端接合部10と、梁部材Aの梁端と直線状に配列され接合される梁部材Bの矩形断面部21の両側面から延在された側面板22と矩形断面部21の端面とで囲まれた梁上下面が開放された凹所24内の矩形断面部21から機械式継手5の全長のおよそ1/2の長さの梁主筋を突出させて梁端接合部20とを相対させ、機械式継手5で梁主筋13と梁主筋23とを接合する。さらに凹所14,24(空間3)内に接合部コンクリートを打設する。【選択図】 図1
