PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor system that enables installation of water section equipment requiring water supply/drainage pipe works, without deteriorating quality of a house skeleton.SOLUTION: In a free access floor system, a plurality of raising floor panels 4 laid on an indoor floor board 24, an equipment unit 5 installed on the raising floor panel 4, and water supply/drainage pipes 6 connected to the equipment unit 5 are provided to form a double floor. The water supply/drainage pipes 6 are arranged between indoor and outdoor sides through a through-hole 26 of a building wall 22 provided at a height between a floor surface of the floor board 24 and a floor surface of the raising floor panel 4.
【課題】住宅躯体の品質を低下させることなく、給排水管工事を必要とする水回り設備を設置することできるフロアシステムを提供する。【解決手段】二重床を形成するために、屋内の床板２４上に敷設される複数の嵩上げフロアパネル４と、嵩上げフロアパネル４上に設置される設備ユニット５と、そして設備ユニット５と接続される給排水管６とを備えており、給排水管６は、床板２４の床面と嵩上げフロアパネル４のフロア面の間の高さに設けられた建物壁２２の貫通孔２６を通して屋内と屋外との間で配管されるフリーアクセスフロアシステムである。【選択図】図１
