SKELETON OF PRECAST CONCRETE DETACHED HOUSE OF WALL CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simplify procedures of construction of a skeleton of a precast concrete building.SOLUTION: A skeleton includes a precast concrete wall column and a precast concrete wall beam. A joint fitting is fixed to an end of the precast concrete wall column. A joint fitting is fixed to an end of the precast concrete wall beam. In a column-beam frame on each floor of the skeleton of a building, the joint fittings for the precast concrete wall column and the precast concrete wall beam are fitted together, and a bolt is screwed into a fitted part.
【課題】プレキャストコンクリートによる建物の躯体の施工の手順をより単純化する。【解決手段】躯体は、プレキャストコンクリート壁柱及びプレキャストコンクリート壁梁を有する。プレキャストコンクリート壁柱の端部には接合金具が固定されている。プレキャストコンクリート壁梁の端部には接合金具が固定されている。建物の躯体の各階の柱梁架構は、プレキャストコンクリート壁柱及びプレキャストコンクリート壁梁の接合金具を嵌合させて嵌合部分にボルトを螺号したものにより構成される。【選択図】図１
