OPENING BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening building material that makes an internal appearance good and that prevents retention of dew condensation water.SOLUTION: An opening building material includes a frame 1 and a sash 2. The frame 1 has indoor side frame parts 11, 12, 13 and 14 on an indoor side inner peripheral part. The indoor side frame parts 11, 12, 13 and 14 have an inner peripheral side surface 35 provided with a protruding piece 28 protruding to an outdoor side. The protruding piece 28 is positioned on an inner peripheral side with respect to stiles/rails 15, 16 and 17 of the sash 2. A gap 32 is provided between a tip of the protruding piece 28 and a glass surface 31 of the sash 2.
【課題】 内観の見栄えが良く、且つ結露水が滞留することのない開口部建材の提供。【解決手段】 枠１と、障子２とを備え、枠１は室内側の内周部に室内側枠部１１，１２，１３，１４を有し、室内側枠部１１，１２，１３，１４は、内周側面３５に室外側に突出する突出片２８を有し、突出片２８は、障子２の框１５，１６，１７よりも内周側に位置し、突出片２８の先端と障子２のガラス面３１との間に隙間３２が設けてある。【選択図】 図１
