OPERATION ELEMENT OF WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom and an arm of a structure that does not cover a base end part of a hydraulic cylinder to an extent possible, and capable of securing a strength necessary for a part where the base end part of the hydraulic cylinder is fitted.SOLUTION: A work machine has a pair of support members 60 installed on a boom body 13, the support members having a boss part 64 that supports an end of an arm cylinder 15. A boom 11 capable of moving up and down by using the arm cylinder 15 has a reinforcing member 65 with a cutout part that is cut out to make the pair of support members 60 recede toward a side with the boss part 64, in relation to a hydraulic port P installed on the end of the arm cylinder 15, for reinforcing the support members 60 at a position closer to the cutout part in an area between the boss part 64 and the boom body 13.
