To provide a work machine operation tool which enables improvement of convenience.SOLUTION: A work machine operation tool includes: a lever 51 which is configured to allow a user to input a predetermined direction and can operate at least a front loader of the front loader and a rotary tiller according to the input direction; a first switch 53 to a fourth switch 56 which are provided at the lever 51 and can operate at least the rotary tiller 20 of the front loader and the rotary tiller; and a change-over switch 58 which can switch an operation state between a state where the front loader 30 can be operated and a state where the rotary tiller 20 can be operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
