OPERATION METHOD FOR DUST REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for dust removal equipment that reduces loads on a cleaning pump at a time of interval operation, and reduces overall power consumption by the equipment.SOLUTION: An operation method is for a dust removal unit having a screen spanned between a pair of endless chains that face each other in a width direction of a water channel into which seawater flows, and for dust removal equipment driven as the dust removal unit is operated and having a cleaning pump that supplies cleaning water for the screen. A cleaning operation for the screen is performed when a tide level of seawater flowing into the water channel is higher than an average tide level of the day, the cleaning being done by lifting the screen and driving the cleaning pump. The operation method is performed by starting operation at a time when the tide level reaches a high tide.
【課題】インターバル運転時に洗浄ポンプにかかる負荷を軽減し、除塵設備全体の消費電力の削減を図ることのできる運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】海水が流入する水路の幅方向に対向配置された一対の無端チェーンにかけ渡されたスクリーンを備える除塵装置と、前記除塵装置の稼働に伴い駆動されて前記スクリーンの洗浄を成す洗浄水を供給する洗浄ポンプを有する除塵設備の運転方法であって、前記スクリーンを引き上げると共に、前記洗浄ポンプを駆動させて前記スクリーンを洗浄する運転を、前記水路に流入する海水の潮位が、当日の平均潮位よりも高い時に行うことを特徴とする。また、このような運転方法を実施する際には、前記潮位が満潮に達した時点を運転開始時期として行うようにする。【選択図】図１
