CEMENT COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition containing limestone, blast furnace slag and chlorine bypass dust, in which the carbon dioxide emission amount in the manufacturing process is suppressed as much as possible and the adiabatic temperature rise is suppressed while maintaining and improving the development of the strength.SOLUTION: Provided is a cement composition containing cement clinker, gypsum, limestone, blast furnace slag and chlorine bypass dust. Based on the total mass of the cement composition, the sum amount of limestone and blast furnace slag exceeds 5 mass% and is 20 mass% or less, and preferably the amount of limestone is 1 to 8 mass%. Also provided is a manufacturing method of a cement composition comprising a step of comminuting and mixing cement clinker, limestone, blast furnace slag and chlorine bypass dust having a chlorine content of 4 to 35 mass% such that the sum amount of limestone and blast furnace slag, based on the total mass of the cement composition, exceeds 5 mass% and becomes 20 mass% or less.
【課題】製造工程における二酸化炭素排出量を可能な限り抑制し、強度発現性を維持・向上させつつ、断熱温度上昇量を抑制した、石灰石、高炉スラグ及び塩素バイパスダストを含むセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメントクリンカーと、石膏と、石灰石と、高炉スラグと、塩素バイパスダストとを含むセメント組成物であって、セメント組成物の全質量を基準として、石灰石と高炉スラグの合量が5質量%を超え20質量%以下であり、好ましくは石灰石量が1〜8質量%である、セメント組成物である。また、セメント組成物の全質量を基準として、石灰石と高炉スラグの合量が5質量%を超え20質量%となるように、セメントクリンカー、石灰石、高炉スラグ及び塩素含有量が4〜35質量%の塩素バイパスダストを粉砕混合する工程を含む、セメント組成物の製造方法である。【選択図】図4
