SPRAYING INCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL FOR RESIN FOAM-BASED HEAT INSULATOR, INCOMBUSTIBLE INSULATION STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying incombustible material for a resin foam-based heat insulator, which hardly falls down due to its own weight even on a ceiling surface, has incombustibility when coated on a surface of a resin foam-based heat insulator, and shows little deterioration of heat insulation property even when exposed to a flame, that is, which has a small total calorific value in a pyrogenicity test specified in JIS A5430 and, after the test, shows only a small decrease in thickness of the resin foam-based heat insulator, and to provide an incombustible insulation structure having incombustibility and showing little deterioration of heat insulation property even when exposed to a flame, and a construction method of the incombustible insulation structure.SOLUTION: Rock wool, cement, and water are merged by a specific method and its apparent density is adjusted in a specific range. That is, cement-containing rock wool and a cement slurry are merged in a spraying apparatus and its apparent density is adjusted in a specific range. Preferably, a thickness is adjusted in a specific range.
【課題】本発明は、天井面においても自重により落下し難く、発泡樹脂系断熱材の表面に被覆すると不燃性を有し、且つ火炎に曝されても断熱性の低下が少ない、即ち、JIS A 5430に規定される発熱性試験における総発熱量が小さく、且つ試験後の発泡樹脂系断熱材の厚みの減少量が小さい発泡樹脂系断熱材用の吹付不燃材を提供すること、並びに、不燃性を有し且つ火炎に曝されても断熱性の低下が少ない不燃性断熱構造、及び不燃性断熱構造の構築方法を提供すること。【手段】ロックウール、セメント及び水を特定の方法で合流し、特定範囲の見掛け密度とする。即ち、セメント含有ロックウールとセメントスラリーとを吹付け装置で合流し、特定範囲の見掛け密度とする。特定の厚みとすると好適である。【選択図】なし
