FOAMED RESIN INSULATION BLOWING INCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL, INCOMBUSTIBLE INSULATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin insulation blowing incombustible material which hardly falls off by its self-weight even on a ceiling surface, has an incombustible feature when it covers the surface of the foamed resin insulation material, has low reduction in insulation feature even if it is exposed to fire, has easiness in maintenance of incombustible feature if the foamed resin insulation material is deformed, that is, having a small gross heating value in pyrogenetic test set forth in JIS A 5430, has no firing loss and shrinkage in the tested foamed resin insulation material, and easily follows deformation in the foamed resin insulation material, to provide an incombustible insulation structure which hardly provides falling off by its self-weight even on a ceiling surface, has an incombustible feature, has low reduction in insulation feature even if it is exposed to fire and has easiness in maintenance of incombustible feature, and to provide a construction method of the incombustible insulation structure.MEANS: The foamed resin insulation blowing incombustible material consists of mixture of a substrate layer containing cement containing rock wool and cement slurry, which has a specific apparent density, and a final layer consisting of cement slurry covering surface of the substrate layer at a specific solid fraction volume. 【課題】本発明は、天井面においても自重により落下し難く、発泡樹脂系断熱材の表面に被覆すると不燃性を有し、火炎に曝されても断熱性の低下が少なく、且つ発泡樹脂系断熱材が変形しても不燃性が保ち易い、即ち、JIS A 5430に規定される発熱性試験における総発熱量が小さく、試験後の発泡樹脂系断熱材の焼損および収縮がなく、且つ発泡樹脂系断熱材の変形に追従し易い発泡樹脂系断熱材用の吹付不燃材を提供すること、並びに、天井面においても自重により落下し難く、不燃性を有し、火炎に曝されても断熱性の低下が少なく、且つ不燃性が保ち易い不燃性断熱構造、及び不燃性断熱構造の構築方法を提供すること。【手段】セメント含有ロックウールとセメントスラリーとの合流物からなる特定の見掛け密度である基材層と、該基材層の表面を特定の固形分量で覆っているセメントスラリーからなる仕上げ層とする。基材層を特定の厚みとすると好適である。【選択図】なし
