TEMPORARY BEARING METHOD FOR MAIN GIRDER IN FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT WORK WITH COMPOSITE GIRDER, FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD WITH COMPOSITE GIRDER, AND TEMPORARY BEARING STRUCTURE FOR MAIN GIRDER IN FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT WORK WITH COMPOSITE GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary bearing method for a main girder, a composite floor slab replacement method, and a temporary bearing structure for a main girder that may be worked safely and surely in a shorter construction period, are applicable also to a curved girder, facilitate camber adjustment, and offer high economic efficiency.SOLUTION: In a temporary bearing method for a main girder of the present invention, a support girder is connected to an existing main girder, a jack is placed between the connected support girder and the existing main girder, and then is jacked-up for temporarily bearing the existing main girder. In a composite floor slab replacement method of the present invention, a part to be replaced of the existing main girder is cut horizontally, a part to be replaced of an existing floor slab is cut, and the cut portions are removed, after temporarily bearing the existing main girder by the above method, and a new main girder and a new floor slab are installed at the removed parts. In a temporary bearing structure for a main girder of the present invention, a support girder is connected to an existing main girder, a jack is placed between the connected support girder and the existing main girder, and then is jacked-up for temporarily bearing the existing main girder.
【課題】 安全かつ確実で、工期を短縮でき、曲線桁にも対応可能で、キャンバー調整が容易で、経済性に優れる、主桁仮受け方法と合成床版取替工法と主桁仮受け構造を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の主桁仮受け方法は、既設主桁に支持桁を接合し、接合された支持桁と既設主桁の間にジャッキを配置し、そのジャッキをジャッキアップすることによって既設主桁を仮受けする方法である。本発明の合成床版取替工法は、前記方法で既設主桁を仮受けしたのち、既設主桁の取替箇所を水平切断し、既設床版の取替箇所を切断してそれらを撤去し、撤去跡に新設主桁及び新設床版を設置する工法である。本発明の主桁仮受け構造は、既設主桁に支持桁が接合され、接合された支持桁と既設主桁の間に配置されたジャッキをジャッキアップすることによって既設主桁が仮受けされた構造である。【選択図】図1
