HEAT INSULATION INDEX VALUE CALCULATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a proper U value easily without using a precise design drawing of a building.SOLUTION: A heat insulation index value calculation device comprises: an input reception part for receiving, as parameters used for calculation of a predetermined heat insulation index value indicating heat insulation of a building, at least, an outer circumferential length of the building, a height of the building, a floor area, an opening dimension, and a predetermined auxiliary dimension of the building other than the outer circumferential length and height; and a heat insulation index value calculation part for, based on at least the respective parameters which are received by the input reception part, and pieces of building material characteristic information which are registered in advance, as information for indicating characteristics related to heat conductivity for each building material used for the building, calculating the predetermined heat insulation index value.
【課題】建物の正確な設計図などを利用することなく、適切なＵ値を簡易に算出できるようにする。【解決手段】建物についての断熱性を表す所定の断熱性指標値の算出に用いるパラメータとして、建物の外周長と、建物の高さと、床面積と、開口部寸法と、外周長と高さ以外の建物に関する所定の補助寸法との入力を少なくとも受け付ける入力受付部と、入力受付部が入力を受け付けた各パラメータと、建物に用いる建材ごとの熱伝導性に関する特性を示す情報として予め登録された建材特性情報とに少なくとも基づいて、所定の断熱性指標値を算出する断熱性指標値算出部とを備えて断熱性指標値算出装置を構成する。【選択図】図１
