HEAT INSULATION PERFORMANCE CALCULATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation performance calculation system capable of easily calculating an outer coat average heat transmission coefficient (Uvalue) of an individual building and an outer coat average solar radiation heat acquisition rate (ηvalue) during a cooling period.SOLUTION: A heat insulation performance calculation system is a heat insulation performance calculation system 1 for calculating the heat insulation performance of a building, and includes: a database 2 for storing in advance region classified specification information 21, region classified heat insulation information 22, and correction information 23; first extraction means 31 for extracting the region classified heat insulation information associated with the region classified heat insulation information from the database; second extraction means 32 for extracting the correction information associated with the individual information from the database; and calculation means 33 for calculating the outer coat average heat transmission coefficient (Uvalue) of an individual building and the outer coat average solar radiation heat acquisition rate (ηvalue) during a cooling period, which are indexes showing the heat insulation performance of the building, using the region classified heat insulation information and the correction information extracted by the first and second extraction means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】個別の建物の外皮平均熱貫流率(UA値)及び冷房期の外皮平均日射熱取得率(ηA値)を容易に算定することが可能な断熱性能算定システムを提供する。【解決手段】建物の断熱性能を算定する断熱性能算定システム1である。そして、部位別仕様情報21、部位断熱情報22及び補正情報23が予め記憶されたデータベース2と、部位別仕様に関連付けられた部位断熱情報をデータベースから抽出する第1抽出手段31と、個別情報に関連付けられた補正情報をデータベースから抽出する第2抽出手段32と、第1及び第2抽出手段によって抽出された部位断熱情報及び補正情報を使って、建物の断熱性能を示す指標となる外皮平均熱貫流率(UA値)及び冷房期の外皮平均日射熱取得率(ηA値)を算定する算定手段33とを備えている。【選択図】図1
