FITTING STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an excellent fitting state of an outer wall panel, by preventing deformation from being transmitted to the outer wall panel separately arranged via a bracket and a fixture from a beam, for example, when a big earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: In a structure for fitting an outer wall panel 2 to a beam 1 by fixtures 4 and 5 via a bracket 3, the outer wall panel 2 is separately arranged from the beam 1, and a fixture inserting hole to the beam 1 of the bracket 3 is formed as a long hole 3a in the lateral direction. Actually, the fixture inserting hole to the outer wall panel 2 is formed as a long hole 3b in the substantially orthogonal direction to the lateral direction. Washers 6 and 8 are interposed between the bracket 3 and a head part of fixtures 4 and 7. The beam 1 is formed of groove-shaped steel, and the bracket 3 is joined to an under surface of its groove-shaped steel by fixtures 4 and 5. An outside surface of a coping 29 of a handrail in a balcony 23, an outside surface of a drainer 32 of an adjacent window 31 and a surface of the outer wall panel 2 are substantially continued.
【課題】梁からブラケット及び取付具を介して離間させて配置する外壁パネルに対し、例えば大地震発生時等に変形を伝えないにして、外壁パネルの良好な取付状態を維持する。【解決手段】外壁パネル2を梁1に対しブラケット3を介して取付具4・5で取り付ける構造であって、外壁パネル2を梁1から離間して配置し、ブラケット3の梁1に対する取付具通し孔を横方向の長孔3aに形成する。具体的には、外壁パネル2に対する取付具通し孔を横方向と略直交方向の長孔3bに形成する。そして、ブラケット3と取付具4・7の頭部との間にワッシャ6・8が介在される。また、梁1は溝形鋼により形成され、その溝形鋼1の下面にブラケット3が取付具4・5で結合される。さらに、バルコニー23における手摺の笠木29の外側面と、隣接する窓31の水切り32の外側面と、外壁パネル2の表面とが略連続している。【選択図】図1
