FITTING STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL PANEL FOR OUTSIDE CORNER
To provide a fitting structure of an outer wall panel for outside corner that enables easy construction from an outdoor side without using any insert nut.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 1 of an outer wall panel 3 for outside corner comprises a fixed plate 2 fixed to a lip part 17 of a lip groove type steel 15 of the outer wall panel for outside corner, and metal fittings 4 for fitting the outer wall panel 3 for outside corner to a structure skeleton 5 through the fixed plate 2. The outer wall panel 3 for outside corner has a recessed part 13, a bottom face 14 of the recessed part 13 is formed obliquely at 45 degrees to two mutually orthogonal wall faces 8, 8 respectively, and the lip groove type steel 15 is embedded to be open to the bottom face 14 of the recessed part 13. The outer wall panel 3 for outside corner to which the fixed plate 2 is fixed is held with a support body 25 of the metal fittings 4, having an extension part 19 of the fixed plate 2 fitted to the structure skeleton 5, and a press piece 26, so as to be detachably fitted to the structure skeleton 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】インサートナットを用いることなく容易に屋外側から施工することができる出隅用外壁パネルの取付構造の提供。【解決手段】出隅用外壁パネルの取付構造１は、出隅用外壁パネル３のリップ溝形鋼１５のリップ部１７に固定される固定板２と、固定板２を介して出隅用外壁パネル３を構造躯体５に取り付ける取付金具４とを備える。出隅用外壁パネル３は、凹部１３を有し、凹部１３の底面１４が互いに直交する二つの壁面８，８それぞれに対して４５度傾斜して形成され、凹部１３の底面１４へ開口してリップ溝形鋼１５が埋設されている。固定板２が固定された出隅用外壁パネル３は、固定板２の延出部１９が構造躯体５に取り付けられた取付金具４の支持体２５と押え片２６とで挟持されることで、構造躯体５に着脱可能に取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
