SOUND INSULATION PLATE FASTENER FOR SOUND PROOF WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate spring type sound insulation plate fastener to fix the sound insulation plate of a sound proof wall, which can significantly improve load bearing with little change in a thickness of the plate spring.SOLUTION: For a fastener, a first contact part 17, which is a part connecting a first horizontal side part 14 and a second horizontal side part 15, can contact to an inner surface of a first vertical side part 12, and a second contact part 18, which is placed between a part connecting the second horizontal side part 15 and a third horizontal side part 16 and the third horizontal side part 16, can contact to an inner surface of a second vertical side part 13. The second contact part 18 has an inclined side part 20, which inclines obliquely downward from the inner surface of the second vertical side part 13, at a position lower than the position where the second contact part 18 contacts to the inner surface of the second vertical side part 13. The second contact part 18 contacts with and slides on the inclined side part 20.
【課題】防音壁の遮音板を固定する板バネ式の遮音板留め金具において、板バネの厚さを殆ど変更することなく、耐荷重性を大幅に改善できる留め金具を提供する。【解決手段】留め金具は、第1横辺部14と第2横辺部15との接続部である第1接触部17が第1縦辺部12の内面に接触可能で、第2横辺部15と第3横辺部16との接続部から第3横辺部16との間に設けられた第2接触部18が第2縦辺部13の内面に接触可能であり、第2接触部18が第2縦辺部13の内面に接触する位置よりも下方位置で、第2縦辺部13の内面から斜め下方に向かって傾斜した傾斜辺部20を備え、第2接触部18が傾斜辺部20に接触して滑るように構成されている。【選択図】図2
