PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an object, such as a handle and a container cap, which is rotation operated to be locked with a padlock or a dial lock.SOLUTION: There are provided: a semi-cylinder A11; a semicircle B connected to an arc part of the semi-cylinder A; a pool C facing inside which is connected to the arc part opposite the semicircle B of the semi-cylinder A; a semi-cylinder D; a semicircle E15 connected to an arc part of the semi-cylinder D; a pool F facing inside which is connected to an arc part opposite the semicircle E of the semi-cylinder D; a hinge 17 which is connected so that a straight line part of the semi-cylinder A and a straight line part of the semi-cylinder D can be moved and the semi-cylinder A and the semi-cylinder D can compose a cylinder; a plate H18 with a hole which is connected to the straight line part opposite the hinge of the semi-cylinder A; and a plate I19 with a hole which is connected to the straight line part opposite the hinge of the semi-cylinder D. When the semi-cylinder A and the semi-cylinder D compose the cylinder, a padlock or a dial lock is put through the holes of the plate H and the plate I to lock.
【課題】ハンドルや容器のキャップなど回転操作する物体に関して、南京錠やダイヤル錠で施錠を可能とする。【解決手段】半円筒A11と、半円筒Aの円弧部分に接続される半円Bと、半円筒Aの半円Bとは反対側の円弧部分に接続される内側に向いた淵Cと、半円筒Dと、半円筒Dの円弧部分に接続される半円E15と、半円筒Dの半円Eとは反対側の円弧部分に接続される内側に向いた淵Fと、半円筒Aの直線部分と半円筒Dの直線部分とを可動で、かつ半円筒Aと半円筒Dが円筒を構成できるように接続するヒンジ17と、半円筒Aのヒンジとは反対側の直線部分に接続される穴の開いた板H18と、半円筒Dのヒンジとは反対側の直線部分に接続される穴の開いた板I19とを備え、半円筒Aと半円筒Dが円筒を構成する時に、板Hと板Iの穴に南京錠やダイヤル錠を通すことによって施錠する。【選択図】図1
