PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door guide device that reduces, with magnetic force, a collision noise generating at a guide protrusion that protrudes from a floor surface when a sliding door is opened/closed, thereby guiding the sliding door quietly.SOLUTION: Magnet guides 29, 30 of a sliding door guide device G has a magnet M mounted for attracting with magnetic force a guide protrusion 15. A noise reducing part 40 is provided between the magnet and a contacting surface 50 into which the guide protrusion collides, the guide protrusion being attracted by magnetic force of the magnet. A noise reducing structure is provided that moves the contacting surface away from the magnet, with the noise reducing part in between, at the same time bringing the contacting surface closer to a floor surface f by a distance L by which the contacting surface was moved away from the magnet, thus setting an acceleration distance s short for the guide protrusion having the protrusion port 19 protruded. A sliding door 10 collides into the contacting surface when opened/closed before the guide protrusion accelerates, thereby mitigating a collision noise of the guide protrusion and effectively reducing the collision noise.
