WALL PANEL AND WALL PANEL JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel joint structure improved so as to be advantageous in improvement of workability and quality at a construction site and a work cost, by preventing assembling of a panel junction member from being forgotten and making it unnecessary to carry in the panel junction member as a component.SOLUTION: Each wall panel 1 is formed having a core material 4 having fire resistance sandwiched between metallic front and back surface materials 2, 3. A panel junction member 6 having fire resistance is provided so as to project, by inserting a panel junction member 6 into an end caving part 7 formed in the core material 4 on the upper end of the wall panel 1, and another end caving part 12 is formed in the lower end of the wall panel 1. At the front surface plate 3 on one side of the wall panel 1, there is formed an anti-loosening part 22 composed of a side surface extension part 3B and a tip extension part 3C along a side surface 6a and a tip surface 6b of the panel junction member 6 projecting from the core material 4, respectively. A wall panel 1 on the lower side is joined to a wall panel 1 on the upper side by inserting, into another end caving part 12 of the wall panel 1 on the upper side, in a state that a panel junction member 6 that projects from the wall panel 1 on the lower side is retained by the anti-loosening part 22.
【課題】パネル継合用部材の組付け忘れがなく、また部品としての搬入も不要となるようにして、現場での作業性及び品質の向上、並びに作業コストの点でも有利となるように改善された壁パネルの継合構造を提供する。【解決手段】各壁パネル1が、金属製の表裏面材2,3の間に耐火性を有する芯材4を介在させてなり、各壁パネル1の上端の芯材4に形成される端凹入部7に耐火性を有するパネル継合用部材6が挿入されて突設され、各壁パネル1の下端の芯材4には他端凹入部12が形成され、各壁パネルの他方の表面板3には、芯材4に突設されているパネル継合用部材6の側面6a及び先端面6bに夫々沿う側面延長部3B及び先端延長部3Cでなる抜止め部22が形成され、下側の壁パネル1より突設されるパネル継合用部材6が抜止め部22で抜け止めされた状態で、上側の壁パネル1の他端凹入部12に挿入することにより継合される。【選択図】図2
