JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN OUTER WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between outer wall panels in which both of the mounting of the outer wall panel to a building structure and the settling construction of a vertical joint of the outer wall panel can be constructed from the inside of the building, no-scaffolding construction becomes possible, and the construction accuracy of the vertical joint is superior and also is superior in water-tightness.SOLUTION: A joint structure between outer wall panels is the structure of a vertical joint 35 of adjacent outer wall panels 22, 22 in the outer wall installed in a building structure by arranging outer wall panel units 21, 21. The outer wall panel 22 is a metal sandwich panel interposing a thermal insulation material 27 between front and back metal plates 28, 29. A panel end face for forming the vertical joint 35 comprises a mold material 40 such as aluminum being a member different from the front and back metal plates 28, 29. Two or more secondary members 36, 37 positioned inside and outside for securing water-tightness are provided in the vertical joint 35 with both inside surface formed therein by this mold material 40. The outer wall panel unit 21 is configured by vertically arranging two or more outer wall panels 22 and being mounted to the furring strips 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 外壁パネルの建物躯体への取り付け、外壁パネルの縦目地の納まり工事の両方につき、建物の内部から施工出来て、無足場施工が可能となり、かつ縦目地の施工精度に優れ、水密性にも優れるようにする。【解決手段】外壁パネルユニット21,21を並べて建物躯体に設置した外壁における隣合う外壁パネル22、22間の縦目地35の構造である。外壁パネル22は、表裏の金属板28,29の間に断熱材27を介在させた金属サンドイッチパネルである。縦目地35を形成するパネル端面は、表裏の金属板28、29とは別体のアルミ等の型材40からなる。この型材40で両内側面が形成された縦目地35内に、内外に位置する複数の水密性確保のための二次部材36、37を設ける。前記外壁パネルユニット21は、外壁パネル22を上下に複数並べ、胴縁23に取付けて構成される。【選択図】 図1
