EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant construction capable of reducing an additional axial force applied to a column due to a horizontal force generated by an earthquake and the like, and a building panel.SOLUTION: An earthquake resistant construction 100 of the present invention includes: horizontally provided upper and lower beams 1 and 2; a column 3 that is erected between the upper and lower beams 1 and 2; rotary members 4 and 9 which have upper and lower ends joined to the upper and lower beams 1 and 2 in such a manner as to be capable of rotating on a joint, respectively; and a damper 5 which is connected to the rotary members 4 and 9 and the upper or lower beam 1 or 2, which is provided along the column 3, and which can absorb vertical forces from the rotary members 4 and 9.
【課題】地震等による水平力に起因する柱への付加軸力を低減可能な耐震構造及び建築用パネルを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の耐震構造100は、水平に設けられた上梁1及び下梁2と、該上梁1及び下梁2の間に立設された柱3と、該上梁1及び下梁2に、上下端をそれぞれ、接合部を中心として回転可能に接合された回転部材4、9と、該回転部材4、9と上梁1又は下梁2とに連結されるとともに、柱3に沿うように設けられて、回転部材4、9からの鉛直方向の力を吸収可能なダンパー5と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
