Earthquake resistant construction structure of exterior composite panel for building
The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof fixing structure for a composite panel exterior material of a building. According to the present invention, a panel bracket can be quickly and conveniently attached to a molded aluminum composite panel, vibration delivery between the panel bracket and the molded aluminum composite panel can be reduced, and a wall bracket fixing a supporter to a wall of a building includes a lateral elastic part reducing lateral vibrations, a vertical elastic part reducing vertical vibrations and a plurality of compression coils reducing forward and backward vibrations so as to enhance an earthquake-proof effect by reducing vibrations caused by an earthquake or the like and delivered to the supporter, a combination bracket, the panel bracket and the molded aluminum composite panel. In regard to installing the molded aluminum composite panel on the wall of the building, the panel bracket attached to the molded aluminum composite panel and the combination bracket combined with the supporter are combined through a sliding operation without the use of a direct connection-type screw nail, which can lead to convenient and quick construction. Also, when the molded aluminum composite panel is installed on the wall, the gap between molded aluminum composite panels can be minimized, the exterior can be kept elegant because a fastening member such as a direction connection-type screw nail is not exposed on a front side, and the panel bracket and the wall bracket are directly combined without the use of the supporter and the combination bracket, which can lead to convenient and quick construction.
본 발명은 건축물 복합패널 외장재 내진 고정 구조에 관한 것으로, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 대한 패널브래킷의 부착 작업을 신속, 간편하게 수행할 수 있고, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널과 패널브래킷 간의 진동 전달을 감쇠시킬 수 있으며, 건축물 벽체에 지지대를 고정하는 벽체브래킷이 좌우방향 진동을 감쇠시키는 좌우방향 탄성부와 상하방향 진동을 감쇠시키는 상하방향 탄성부 및 전후방향진동을 감쇠시키는 복수개의 압축코일스프링을 포함하여 지진 등에 의한 진동이 지지대와 결합브래킷과 패널브래킷 및 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 전달되는 것을 감쇠시킬 수 있어 내진효과를 높일 수 있고, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널을 건축물 벽체에 설치함에 있어서 직결식 나사못을 사용하지 않고 지지대에 결합되는 결합브래킷과 성형 알루미늄 복합패널에 부착된 패널브래킷을 슬라이딩식으로 결합함으로써 시공이 신속, 간편하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 성형 알루미늄 복합패널을 벽체에 설치하였을 때 성형 알루미늄 복합패널들 사이의 간격을 최소화할 수 있고, 직결식 나사못 등 체결부재가 전면으로 노출되지 않아 외관을 수려하게 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 지지대와 결합브래킷을 사용하지 않고 패널브래킷을 벽체브래킷에 직접 결합함으로써 시공이 신속, 간편하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
