UNDERGROUND PENETRATION DEVICE FOR STEEL PIPE PILE HAVING TIP BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground penetration device for a steel pipe pile that places a steel pipe pile into a ground by rotary penetration, the steel pipe pile having a tip blade that combines two flat blades for excavation.SOLUTION: An underground penetration device for a steel pipe pile having a tip blade includes a tightening/loosening motion part S installed on an all-around rotation jack K for tightening and loosening a steel pipe pile, and a jack liner J installed between the tightening/loosening motion part and a steel pipe pile P having a tip blade 21 formed by abutting two slanted semicircular flat blades 22 in an X- or a V-shape. The Jack liner J is configured with a plurality of split pieces in a way that allows tightening and loosening of the steel pipe pile, and has an insertion hole for the steel pipe pile P formed at a center. Furthermore, a spiral groove is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, into which each of the two semicircular blades 22 is inserted, the semicircular blades being combined in an X- or a V-shape by abutting edges that face each other. An insertion port of the spiral groove is formed on a surface of the jack liner, facing a direction of rotation of the X- or V-shaped two semicircular flat baldes 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】先端の掘削羽根が二枚の平坦な平刃の組み合わせで構成された先端翼を有する鋼管杭を土中に回転貫入する先端翼付き鋼管杭の土中貫入装置を提供する。【解決手段】全周回転ジャッキKに設けて鋼管杭の締付け弛緩作動をする緊締弛緩作動部Sと、二枚の半円平刃22をX状またはV状に傾斜して突き合わせ状に構成した先端翼21を有する鋼管杭Pとの間にジャッキライナーJを介設した先端翼付き鋼管杭の土中貫入装置であって、ジャッキライナーJは複数個の分割片として鋼管杭に対して緊締弛緩自在に構成すると共に、中央に鋼管杭Pのための挿貫孔を設け、しかも、挿貫孔の内周面には互いに対向縁部が突き合わされてX状またはV状に組み合わされた二枚の半円平刃22のそれぞれが螺入する螺旋条溝を刻設し、螺旋条溝の螺入始端口はX状またはV状の二枚の半円平刃22の回転方向に対向してジャッキライナー表面に設けた。【選択図】図1
